Remy R. Perot, Esq., is a native of Broome & Tioga Counties.  He received his law degree from the State University of Buffalo, New York, in 1967.  Mr. Perot founded his firm in 1971 with a concentration in criminal defense, DWI, personal injury and trial work.  He has distinguished himself in the area of alcohol and drug related cases.

Mr. Perot is admitted to practice in the Third Department of New York State, the New York State Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York and the United States Supreme Court.

Remy is President Elect of the Broome County Bar Association, an active member of the American Bar Association-Criminal Defense Section & the Tioga County Bar Association, National Criminal Defense Attorney's Association, New York State Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association and is the founder and President of the Southern Tier Defense Attorney's Association.

In addition to the above, Mr. Perot serves on the Board of Directors of the New York State Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association and is chair of the Criminal Justice Section of the Broome County Bar Association.  He is an integral member of the Continuing Legal Education Committee and Judicial Selection Committee of that association.

Mr. Perot is also a regular speaker at Continuing Legal Education programs for both of the above organizations on DWI and Criminal Law.

He is a dedicated advocate who works diligently to preserve the Constitutional Rights of those he represents.

Christopher I. Simser, Sr. Esq. is a native of Broome County, New York.  Christopher received his Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University, Syracuse, New York in May of 2000, Magna Cum Laude.

Prior to receiving his Juris Doctorate, he received his Master of Divinity from Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut and Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude from Syracuse University, Syracuse, New York.

Previous to joining The Law Offices of Remy R. Perot, Mr. Simser worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Broome County, New York and served as a Pastor for several Congregations in Broome and Tioga Counties.

Mr. Simser's areas of concentration are in Family and Domestic Relations as well as Criminal Law.  He is admitted to practice in the Third Department of New York State as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.

Mr. Simser is a member of the Broome and Tioga County Bar Associations and is currently the Secretary of the Broome County Bar Association as well as a member of the Southern Tier Defense Attorneys Association.  Mr. Simser is also active as a Law Guardian in Broome and Tioga Counties, and serves on the Law Guardian Appeals Panel. He also serves on the Integrated Domestic Violence Court Assigned Panel in Broome County.

Paul Battisti is a native of Broome County, New York.  He received his Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California in 2004.

Prior to receiving his Juris Doctorate Paul received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Sienna College in Albany, New York and Associate in Arts from Broome Community College.

Previous to joining the Law Offices of Remy R. Perot, Mr. Battisti was In-House Counsel with Battisti Network, PLLC.  He is admitted to practice in the Third Department of New York State.

Mr. Battisti concentrates in the areas of Real Estate and Criminal Law.

Mr. Battisti is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York Bar Association, the Broome County Bar Association and the Southern Tier Defense Attorneys Association.

In addition to his legal career Paul serves on the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Western Broome, The Art Mission and the Broome County Library Foundation.

Michael J. Mucci II is a native of Broome County, New York. Mr. Mucci received his Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Lansing Michigan in May of 1995, Cum Laude.

Prior to receiving his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Mucci studied mechanical engineering at Clarkson University and received his Bachelors of Arts in 1989 from Binghamton University, Binghamton, New York.

Prior to joining the Law Offices of Remy R. Perot, Michael J. Mucci worked as a Assistant Public Defender in Broome County, New York.  As a Assistant Public Defender, Mr. Mucci has represented numerous felonies and misdemeanor clients in driving while intoxicated and traffic matters, drug related matters, property crimes, and crimes against individuals. Mr Mucci has also served as a senior associate attorney for Legal Aid for Broome and Chenango Counties, where his primary focus of practice included child custody and visitation proceedings, support matters, abuse and neglect proceedings, adoption, divorce proceedings and civil litigation.

Mr. Mucci is admitted to practice in The Third Department of the State of New York and the State of Arizona.  Additionally, Mr. Mucci is admitted to practice in the US District Court for the Northern District of New York.

Mr. Mucci's areas of concentration are in criminal law as well as family and domestic relations.

Mr. Mucci is a member of Broome County Bar Association and the Southern Tier Defense Attorneys Association.
