Remy R. Perot, Esq., is a native of Broome & Tioga Counties.  He received his law degree from the State University of Buffalo, New York, in 1967.  Mr. Perot founded his firm in 1971 with a concentration in criminal defense, DWI, personal injury and trial work.  He has distinguished himself in the area of alcohol and drug related cases.

Mr. Perot is admitted to practice in the Third Department of New York State, the New York State Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York and the United States Supreme Court.

Remy is recent Past President of the Broome County Bar Association, an active member of the American Bar Association-Criminal Defense Section & the Tioga County Bar Association, National Criminal Defense Attorney's Association, New York State Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association and is the founder and President of the Southern Tier Defense Attorney's Association.

In addition to the above, Mr. Perot served on the Board of Directors of the New York State Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association and is chair of the Criminal Justice Section of the Broome County Bar Association.  He is an integral member of the Continuing Legal Education Committee and Judicial Selection Committee of that association.

He is a dedicated advocate who works diligently to preserve the Constitutional Rights of those he represents.

Michael J. Mucci II is a native of Broome County, New York. Mr. Mucci received his Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Lansing Michigan in May of 1995, Cum Laude.

Prior to receiving his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Mucci studied mechanical engineering at Clarkson University and received his Bachelors of Arts in 1989 from Binghamton University, Binghamton, New York.

Prior to joining the Law Offices of Remy R. Perot, Michael J. Mucci worked as a Assistant Public Defender in Broome County, New York.  As a Assistant Public Defender, Mr. Mucci has represented numerous felonies and misdemeanor clients in driving while intoxicated and traffic matters, drug related matters, property crimes, and crimes against individuals. Mr Mucci has also served as a senior associate attorney for Legal Aid for Broome and Chenango Counties, where his primary focus of practice included child custody and visitation proceedings, support matters, abuse and neglect proceedings, adoption, divorce proceedings and civil litigation.

Mr. Mucci is admitted to practice in The Third Department of the State of New York and the State of Arizona.  Additionally, Mr. Mucci is admitted to practice in the US District Court for the Northern District of New York.

Mr. Mucci's areas of concentration are in criminal law as well as family and domestic relations law.

Mr. Mucci is a member of the Broome County Bar Association, TiogaCounty Bar Association and the Southern Tier Defense Attorneys Association.

Jack L. Kotchick, III is a native of Broome County, New York. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1986 from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in Lansing, Michigan.

Prior to receiving his law degree Jack graduated from SUNY Cortland in Cortland, New York. Jack has over 22 years in criminal defense work and several years in general practice. He has tried over 130 jury trials, both felony and misdemeanor cases. Jack is certified in Standard Field Sobriety Testing and has handles and tried major felony cases including drug possession, rape, burglary, sexual abuse, robbery, grand larceny and DWI. He is also qualified in accident reconstruction.

Mr. Kotchick is a member of the New York Bar Association, Broome County Bar Association, and Tioga County Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the Third Department of the New York State Court of Appeals and the United States Federal District Court Third Department.

Siân E. Allen, Esq. is a native of New York State. She received her Juris Doctor from the New England School of Law in May 2009. Prior to attending Law School Ms. Allen earned her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude from the State University of New York, College at Greneseo, with a double major in History and English and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.  In the Spring of 2009 Ms. Allen received the CALI Excellence awards for excellence in Criminal Advocacy and Clinical Evidence.

Ms. Allen's practice will include matrimonial / family law, law guardianship, real estate, wills/estates, criminal and appellant work.

She is a member of the American Bar Association, Federalist Society and the Broome County Bar Association and Tioga County Bar Association. Ms. Allen is admitted to practice in the United States Federal District Court Third Department.
